Is the entry examination mandatory?

Yes. All trainee deck ratings, engine ratings, and galley crew must pass the Zenith Entrance Examination to verify logical and technical eligibility before cadet school onboarding.

What is the training duration?

Trainee Ordinary Seaman (OS) and Wiper deck/engine crew training lasts for 6 Months. Trainee GS hospitality steward training takes 3 Months.

Are seafarer placements guaranteed?

Absolutely. Upon clearing training modules and obtaining medical certifications, candidates are guaranteed placement on charter container and cargo vessels under charter shipping management.
